WELCOME TO CAMP Create!
We are excited that you have chosen Camp Create to meet your child’s summer camping needs. We strive to make this summer camp the best your child has ever had.
PLEASE READ ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THIS CONFIRMATION LETTER!
Camp Create begins June 28th and ends July 29th. Camp operates Monday -Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be a parent informational on June 22 from 6:00pm-7:00pm. A zoom link will be sent to your email to attend.
WHAT TO BRING
Please read carefully and make sure to have all the following items for the first day of camp.
We appreciate your attention to this list.
• Tennis shoes with socks
• Mask (Students are required to wear mask on the bus and at school)
• Headphones for each student
• Set of markers
• One bottle of glue
• Two pencils
• One white T-shirt
• One empty soda bottle
• 1 Plastic bin for storage
• Sunscreen (please arrive to camp with sunscreen on).
• All Medication must be labeled and in a clear plastic bag.
Breakfast and Lunch are free of charge to all students.
• Breakfast is served daily from 8:30-9:00am
• Lunch is served from 12:00-12:30pm daily.
Students will follow S.O.A.R (Self-Control, Ownership, Achievement, Respect) expectations and classroom behavior contracts created by the students and teachers.
Parent Pick up
Students will be picked up from school (if not riding the bus) at 12:30pm. Parents that arrive late for pick up will be accessed a fee of $1.00 per minute per child and payable no later than the beginning of the next week. An invoice will be given, and a receipt will be issued upon payment.

• 8:30 Breakfast/Morning meeting
• 9:30 Math and Reading Intervention time
• 10:00 Sports camp
• 10:30 Enrichment activity
• 11:00 STEAM Projects
• 12:00 Lunch
• 12:30 bus/parent pick up will happen at the side door.
Parents/Guardians should always call Excell Academy at 763-533-0050 if their child will not be attending camp that day. We are excited about our adventures for the summer.
